Jennifer, I would be honored to look at anything you send me in the way of test results. There's a lot to be understood and interpreted through labs so will try and be a help. Glad you are on medication for the blood pressure. What is the name of it and what are your latest readings? Glad the headaches are better.

Honey lamb, you know I'm always looking for a good laugh, even if it is at my own expense!!! When the dr. said it was a fatty tumor in my hand, I told him it had to be either all the butter I've eaten or the grease from all the fried chicken over the years. What was funny is that when he removed it, he said it was the size of an uncooked biscuit!! Go figure.

The worst place I ever got tickled was at a funeral, twice even!! The first was at Dan's uncle's funeral, when the spider mums in the casket spray started to suddenly "blow up" right in front of me. By the time the preacher stopped, the floor was covered in petals and there were several empty stems in the arrangement!!

The next time was worse because it was a friend of mine's funeral, but he had a twisted sense of humor, too, and would have appreciated the funniness of it!! (I wasn't the only one tickled here) Some of his family was just taking turns wailing at the top of their lungs. One would start and finally calm down and another one would start. You know, the kind of wailing you see in comical movies. I'm not sure they weren't a little drunk because somewhere in the midst of the service, we heard the popping of what sounded like a beer can!! I kid you not!!!

I'm glad you can appreciate my twisted humor and don't worry about the weird looks. They're just mad cause they don't get it!! Just keep smiling and they will wonder what you are up to.

Love you.

Hi, Jenn. Thanks for the shout out. Glad to see your sense of humor is alive and well. Sometimes laughter truly is the best medicine, so keep on keeping on, ok? By the way, I just read your blog on roadkill cabbage. Now don't go badmouthing Arkansas. I gave that state the first seventeen years of my life. Yep, born and raised there behind the south forty, which was so far away from civilization that we used to call those people living "out in the sticks" city folks! Never ate roadkill. but we had 'possum a couple times a week; had to leave room for the squirrels and raccoons. JUST KIDDING! Hope it made you smile, my new friend. Keep up the good work. Thoughts and prayers will continue. P.S. Can't remember if I told you I know Tee and Sondi . Good people to have in your corner. Take care.

Glad to provide a glimpse of home for you! I haven't eaten at the Lone Star Cafe but it sounds like our kind of place. Happy to hear that your headache's have subsided and hope you get good news at your consult on the 24th. I'll be looking for a post about the Cherry Blossom Festival. Take care!
