I’ll be thinking of you and hoping that you feel like yourself soon. My daughter suffers from migraines…she’s like a barometer. If its going to storm or even just rain, she gets one. You may have something ‘out of line’ in your back and need an adjustment but I know the worry from all the “could it be’s” just make things worse. So, yes….you need to get checked out. Hugs.
