Hi, I recently found your site through another (sorry, can’t remember where) and am already a daily viewer. Just thought I would say hello. We have a pupper of our own, Scarlet, and cannot imagine poor Siricus Black 20 pounds lighter back in the day! Poor little fellow. It warms my heart to know you’re taking care of him. I hope things come about in a way that makes you both happy. I will keep checking and looking forward to your witty posts. Best.

I know this is going to sound foolish, but I am so glad that he’s okay! I have been checking back periodically since you posted a link to your site on pioneerwoman.com a little while ago, worrying about this pup half a world away! You are doing such a great thing taking care of this sweet man, and you can tell he really appreciates everything you do! Sirius is a fantastic name for him!

Oh good! Thank heavens. What does Eric think about this? Does Maggie get along with Sirius and he with her? Do you have someone who can translate so you can have a conversation with these people about him? If Sirius was placed there to be a guard dog….I fear as soon as the construction is complete, he will then be moved. (although I certainly can’t see how he could adequately guard anything when he’s on such a short chain). Good luck and I’m sending up prayers for this precious black dog who has become intensely devoted to you.
