A while back, Eric came home & surprised me with dinner….a Korean Tex-Mex dinner, at that!

But this is NOT Tex-Mex.

I mean, c’mon!….It looks like they’ve wrapped a freakin’ coke can in a tortilla!

And this?!…This may appear to be a passible albeit really bad attempt at nachos, but it’s nowhere even close to that good.

Doesn’t taste anything like nachos – no jalapenos, no beef, no beans!

…and I don’t know what that is, but I can tell you it is NOT sour cream.

I mean, really…a pizza box? Come on!

And no, it’s doesn’t “Feel so good”….it doesn’t even taste so good.

It was a valiant attempt on Eric’s part, but I’m afraid I may have spooked him from ever bringing dinner home again.

Although…knowing him, he may order-up some BBQ Chicken just to see my reaction.
