A couple of weeks ago, the Prims were making Kimchi.
Kimchi: A popular dish made from salted & seasoned cabbage that is allowed to ferment.
You remember the Prims, yes?

They live in this little yellow house that’s now being dwarfed by new apartment construction.
In fact, that whole stretch of backyard (once filled with peppers, onions & corn)Â is now one big apartment conglomerate in the making.

They’re the cute little older couple who always have a prim & properly manicured lawn.

The ones who have this really cool front gate.

When Maggie & I walked by we spotted the cabbage in their big plastic Kimchi pots (much easier to move around & store than those old pottery pots I showed you yesterday).

I didn’t actually get to see them making it – they had gone inside when we walked by.
But I thought I’d snag a few pictures to show you anyway.

One of the cops I worked with loved that stuff. He used to bring a jar of it into work and when he opened it, he’d clear the whole building in a matter of minutes! Wow…that stuff STINKS! We had to get tough with him and ban the stuff from the building. arughhhh!
well for those who do not know, and most do not, kimchi is just not cabbage, there are over 200 kinds of kimchi, I like the cucumber type too, they are like hot pickles, not a fan of the radish type, I don’t really like radish
